Laura is from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, and works out of Mahone Bay. She is a primary care paramedic who has been working since September 2022. Laura adores her job as a paramedic and strives to see the positives in every situation. She is dedicated, passionate and always strives to provide the best patient care possible.
Before becoming a paramedic, Laura spent many years teaching swimming lessons and lifeguarding at her local pool. She originally developed a passion for first aid through these courses, which led her to become a medic!
If you don’t find Laura at home snuggling her cat, you may find her out on the water or delivering baked goods. Her hobbies include swimming, spending time outdoors and baking lots of sweet treats. Spending quality time with friends is something Laura holds close to her heart. Her door is always open for anyone at any time.
