COVID-19 NOTICE
MARCH 16, 2020
As the situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) quickly evolves, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to keep our employees, counterparts and the community safe. Until further notice, these safety measures will dictate a
change to how we maintain and provide services from this office.

o The door to the suite will remain locked.

o Any person requesting entry who has a COUGH, FEVER or SHORTNESS of BREATH will be denied entry.

o Any person who is known to have travelled abroad and/or who has been in close proximity to a person affected by the COVID-19 virus, who has not been quarantined for at least 14 days resulting in negative affect will not
be permitted to enter the suite.

o To help minimize exposure, we will no longer be holding group face-to-face meetings or training sessions.

o Due to the potential for close proximity in a common space, the number of non-staff persons permitted to be in office for any reason at any given time may be restricted at the discretion of the staff person.

We will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19, and actively follow the guidance and safety recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and the NSHA.

During this difficult period, please know that your safety and the safety of our employees remain our top priority.
