Today is to reflect on the fact that while progress has been made, Indigenous Peoples, racialized communities and religious minorities in Canada continue to face racism and discrimination every day. It is also a day to re-commit our efforts to combat racial discrimination.
Not only is it the spring Equinox but it's International Happiness Day! We encourage you to try the 30-day Happiness Challenge. Alternatively, you can start a gratitude journal to write out small things that have made you happy that day.
